This is my families version of Double Decker Fudge, one layer chocolate and one layer peanut butter. What makes it different from the other recipes posted, they use peanut butter chips, we use real peanut butter. So much better! I prefer to use chunky peanut butter….yummy!

My dad loved his fudge during the holidays, and this was his favorite recipe. This is quick and easy fudge that always sets up nice.

Found this in one of my ladies magazines, reprinted from Paula Deen’s Southern Cooking Bible. Posted for safe keeping.

I’m not a fan of fudge, but this recipe is special. It’s very smooth, delicious and easy to prepare. I talked a dear friend into giving it to me years ago…it was her signature recipe. Enjoy!!

This recipe is fun! You can substitute any type of crunchy candy bar that you like and it always is enjoyed by the crowd! I found it in a magazine awhile back and made it this holiday season for the first time – I hope you like it as much as I have – and for the gift getter who has everything – this would be a perfect gift for them!

I made this out of blue. I was just talking on the phone with my boyfriend, and just opened my bag of Hershey Miniatures, and a light bulb went off in my head! Previously i couldn’t make fudge because i had no chocolate chips, and i didn’t want to go to the store. So i figured i’d use my hershey minis! And Voila! It was a success! Hope you like my recipe. (:

My husband’s grandmother has made this fudge for more than 50 years. She used to use marshmallows rather than fluff, she finds fluff easier to use. She finally chose to share the recipe with the rest of us after more than 30 years of being asked for it.
Hope she doesn’t see I posted it for everyone!
Be sure to not allow ANY water into the recipe, for it causes grittiness that ruins the whole batch. not. one. drop.
