Aunt Helen’s Opera Fudge

This is sort of a fru-fru fudge. I don’t know if anyone makes it anymore, but my Aunt Helen did and I loved it. You will need a large candy-making marble slab or something similar that will stay cold.

Ct’s Peanut Butter Fudge – Pantry Friendly & Easy

I love peanut butter & fudge! What more can I say? This recipe is a result of lots of other experimentations of other similar recipes. This is the best result that I came up with so far.

Low-Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge (Xylitol)

After reading about the many benefits of xylitol, I went looking for a recipe that would tell me how to add it to unsweetened chocolate and make my own sugar-free chocolate. I couldn’t find one quickly and was feeling impatient, so I made this up and it turned out quite well! Note: I usually try to use two sweeteners for better flavor, and my additional sweetener of choice is Sugar Twin from Canada (cyclamate) which I feel is the safest and tastes better than any other artificial sweetener. I don’t like chocolate very sweet, so I used only 2 tbsp., but you can taste and add more if you wish. Also, I used crunchy peanut butter (which is why you see bits of peanuts in the photo), but of course you could use smooth.
