An old friend, in Fla. gave me the recipe YEARS ago, but I’ve lost it & I’ve lost touch with her! I know you use mashed potatoes, peanut butter & powdered sugar, but I can’t remember how much of each! I also THINK you use chocolate, but I’m not sure! If anyone has the recipe or one like it, please send it? Thanks!

My grandmother ( I call her Nanny) makes this at Christmas time and everyone LOVES it! This fudge is more the crumbly type than the soft gooey type. We all like it like that. I think it has to do with the amount of time you boil the milk and sugar. The best part of this recipe is it has minimal ingredients and is simple to make! Hope you enjoy!!!

This is from Eating Well magazine. I haven’t made these yet but am planning to make these for Valentine’s Day. Cooking time is actually chilling time for this one.
